The 2018 World Happiness Report is Here

Since 2012, the state of global happiness has been measured by the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network. Its sixth report has just been released. This landmark annual survey measures the state of global happiness, ranking 156 countries by their happiness and well-being as they relate to policy development. The measurements are used in part to assess the progress of nations.

The 2018 report focuses on migration within and between countries. In addition to the customary ranking of levels and changes in happiness around the world, 117 countries were ranked by the happiness of their immigrants.
